Pear and Gorgonzola Salad
Pear and Gorgonzola salad with toasted pecans

- 1 head butter lettuce
- 1/2 cup toasted pecans
- 2 pears, sliced
- 1/3 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
For the dressing:
- 1/2 cup Mayo light
- 1 cup low fat buttermilk
- 4 oz crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper
To make the dressing, put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend for 10-15 seconds.
Clean and chop the lettuce. Slice the pears. Toast the pecans in a pan for 6-8 minutes and let cool.
Arrange the lettuce and pears and toss the pecans and Gorgonzola cheese on. Top with the dressing and enjoy!
