Ingredients
  

  • 1 head butter lettuce
  • 1/2 cup toasted pecans
  • 2 pears, sliced
  • 1/3 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
For the dressing:
  • 1/2 cup Mayo light
  • 1 cup low fat buttermilk
  • 4 oz crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. To make the dressing, put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend for 10-15 seconds.
  2. Clean and chop the lettuce. Slice the pears. Toast the pecans in a pan for 6-8 minutes and let cool.
  3. Arrange the lettuce and pears and toss the pecans and Gorgonzola cheese on. Top with the dressing and enjoy!
